🎙️ Podcast Prep — Glytch Ownership Transparency

⏰ LIVE SESSION
🎯 YOUR NARRATIVE (in order) FOLLOW THIS FLOW
🎬 OPEN: THE VISION (set the frame BEFORE the drama)
We're building a gamer-centric, app-centric, AI-centric energy drink. Not just another powder in a tub. Partnerships with game studios — Steam, Epic, Roblox. Gamers getting access to pre-release content, rare items, Steam bucks, Robux, V-Bucks through purchases. Interactive loyalty program. Know who plays what near you. AI characters tied to our lore/universe. Really good ingredients at a fair price. Hint at this — don't give away the full roadmap. Sound bullish.
🎬 WHY WE CAN DO THIS (credibility)
We're already an AI company. Already a gaming company. Already have distribution networks, online sales, a manufacturing facility. My wife is a doctor and formulation scientist. We make consumables — we know flavor, chemistry, manufacturing. This isn't a dream, it's an extension of what we already do.
🎬 HOW WE GOT GLYTCH (the offer)
We were building our own thing. Got offered the Glytch brand. "Hey, 100 happy partners already, big social media, large email list." Made sense to acquire instead of starting from zero. You came in with good intentions to build on an existing community.
🎬 WHAT WE WERE TOLD vs REALITY
Contract explicitly says: NO liability for prior debts. Seller keeps all prior obligations. Seller indemnifies buyer. Signed by Ben, dated 10/31/25.

They told us "a few people maybe pending, all getting taken care of." Have screenshots of them saying they'd do a meeting, pay everyone out. We took them at their word.
🎬 THE HANDOVER RUNAROUND
They wouldn't give us access to socials, website, or Discord until we paid the FULL amount. But they pressured us to pay quickly. Once we paid and got in — THAT's when we saw the drama. The Discord was on fire. People claiming they were owed.
🎬 THE LIES UNRAVEL (escalate the drama)
When we confronted them: "They're lying. They're just mad about not getting new flavors. Making stuff up." Then mid-February: "Well, maybe a few people are owed, but only like $300 total." They kept stringing US along — same way they strung along the creators.

Now we see the screenshots. People strung along for MONTHS. Some for YEARS. It wasn't $300 — it was systemic. When they finally gave us access to the partner portal and Google Drive — it had all been WIPED. Data deleted. That tells you everything.
🎬 WHAT WE'RE DOING ABOUT IT (the pivot — you're the hero)
Opened a public form: if you're owed, submit your proof — contracts, screenshots, conversations. We're compiling it because we can take legal action against the previous owners. We're on the side of creators. The contract protects us AND gives us grounds to go after them for misrepresentation.
🎬 AI STANCE (don't apologize, own it)
We ARE AI-first. We're going to use AI as much as possible. The more AI the better. That's not changing. If we do collabs with artists, they'll be very special artists for very specific reasons — not volume partnerships. This is a completely different Glytch.
🎬 PARTNERSHIPS GOING FORWARD
Old model: give anyone a link, volume partnerships. New model: cherry-picked, selective, specific audience, specific intent. Current supporters in Discord who've been loyal? They stay. But going forward, it's not easy to become a Glytch partner. This is different.
📋 RECEIPT TIMELINE (reference during podcast) SCREENSHOT EVIDENCE
October 31, 2025
Contract signed. Section 4: "Assets transferred as-is, Buyer assumes no liabilities, debts, obligations, or commitments of Seller." Section 5: "Seller agrees to indemnify Buyer." Signed by Ben.
~Dec 2025 - Jan 2026
Ben still hasn't handed over socials, website, Discord access. Pressuring for final payment first.
January 7, 2026
Ben asks "when do you want to get this wrapped up?" — still dragging feet on asset handover.
January 9, 2026
Bloom confirms: "We don't have access to any of the socials or website. Haven't done trademark transfer either."
~Jan 2026
Ben quotes contract back: "Buyer will assume control upon final payment." Holds assets hostage until paid in full. Jeanette catching up on payments "little by little."
~Feb 2026 (Launch)
First post goes up. Community attacks immediately — thinking new owners = same people. Accusations of owing money, scamming.
Mid-February 2026
Bloom pressures Ben: "Do you owe these people money?" Ben: "They're lying / exaggerating / maybe $300 total." Continues to claim everything will be fine by launch.
March 2026
Jesse "VexingLive" Carothers emails Jeanette directly — contracted influencer/artist from '24-'25 Waifu Cup line. Claims owed commissions, payment for art on products, and a promised flavor never delivered. Has been trying to reach Ben for 6+ months.
March 2026
Partner portal and Google Drive data has been WIPED. When finally given access, all payment/partner records deleted by previous owners. Cannot verify who is owed what.
Now
Opened public form for all creators to submit claims with proof. Compiling evidence for potential legal action against previous ownership.
🔥 CLIP-WORTHY LINES (deliver with confidence) ENGAGEMENT BAIT
"They didn't just owe creators. They wiped the data. That tells you everything you need to know."
"We came in to build something for gamers. What we found was a trail of broken promises we didn't make."
"They were stringing along creators for months — sometimes YEARS. And they were doing the exact same thing to us."
"We're AI-first. We're not apologizing for that. But we're also creator-first when it matters — which is more than the last guys can say."
"The old Glytch was about volume. Our Glytch is about value. If you're a partner with us, it means something."
"My wife is a doctor and formulation scientist. I run AI and gaming companies. We didn't buy this to flip it — we bought it to build something that didn't exist yet."
"The contract is signed. It says right there — all prior debts go back to the seller. But we still opened a form because we actually care about the people who got screwed."
⚡ RULES OF ENGAGEMENT CRITICAL

✅ DO

  • Lead with the VISION — establish you're builders, not flippers
  • Let receipts speak — "as you can see in the screenshots"
  • Position yourself as the person who's ALSO a victim of Ben's lies
  • Be emotional about creators getting stiffed — you're on their side
  • Own the AI direction confidently — "the more AI the better"
  • Hint at the app/gaming partnerships — keep it mysterious but bullish
  • Mention the form — "submit your proof, we're compiling it"
  • Say "legal action" — the clip writes itself
  • Mention the wiped data — that's the most damning fact
  • Give the drama what it wants — this IS entertainment

❌ DON'T

  • 🚫 Don't name specific dollar amounts (yours OR debts owed)
  • 🚫 Don't accept ANY liability — "that's between them and the previous owner"
  • 🚫 Don't trash Ben by name more than necessary — let the evidence do it
  • 🚫 Don't reveal the full app roadmap — HINT, don't blueprint
  • 🚫 Don't apologize for AI art — you're AI-first, period
  • 🚫 Don't promise to pay anyone's debts — "we opened a form, we're looking into it"
  • 🚫 Don't get defensive about the initial launch backlash
  • 🚫 Don't badmouth the existing loyal partners/community
  • 🚫 Don't say anything that sounds like you're begging for sympathy
  • 🚫 Don't give timelines you can't keep

🧠 QUICK FACTS (if you blank)
💊 INGREDIENTS — WHY GLYTCH IS DIFFERENT COMPETITIVE EDGE
🎬 THE HEADLINE: "We have a formulation scientist — my wife is a doctor. We don't hide behind proprietary blends. Every ingredient has a purpose."

🔑 Key Talking Points

LOWER CAFFEINE, BETTER ENERGY: 72mg caffeine + 60mg L-Theanine = smooth sustained focus without the jitters or crash. G Fuel has 140mg caffeine with ZERO L-Theanine. That's a spike-and-crash formula. Ours is designed for actual gaming sessions — 4-6 hours of clean focus.
FULL ELECTROLYTE PANEL: Sodium, Potassium, AND Magnesium Citrate. Not just sodium. Gamers sit for hours — you're sweating, you're dehydrated, your hands cramp. We actually addressed that. G Fuel only has sodium.
GUT HEALTH IS THE SLEEPER: Inulin (prebiotic fiber) + Tapioca Fiber + Apple Cider Vinegar. No other gaming energy drink has a gut health component. Your gut affects your mood, focus, and energy. We formulate for the whole system, not just a caffeine hit.
RED 40 KILL SHOT (SAVE THIS): G Fuel uses FD&C Red #40. The FDA is moving to ban Red 40 and Yellow 5 from food. When that ban hits, their entire product line has a problem. We can go completely dye-free because we formulate in-house. Don't lead with this — save it for when someone asks about ingredients or pushes back.
DOCTOR-FORMULATED: "My wife doesn't just slap her name on it. She designs every formula from scratch in our own facility. That's not marketing — that's our actual competitive advantage." Most gaming drinks are white-labeled by contract manufacturers.
⚠️ NOTE: The 72mg caffeine number is from the 300mg total serving weight (7.2mg caffeine in a premix that scales to ~72mg per full serving at 10:1). If serving size is different, adjust. Confirm exact per-serving caffeine before quoting on air.
